Daniya Dates — Return & Refund Policy

At Daniya Dates, your satisfaction matters to us. We take great care to ensure that every order is fresh, safely packed, and delivered in excellent condition. Because our products are food items, certain guidelines apply to ensure safety, hygiene, and compliance with FDA regulations.

Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Food Safety & Return Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.
This policy helps maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards for all customers.

We will, however, work with you to make things right if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to our quality standards.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged,
  • Spoiled,
  • Leaking,
  • Incorrectly packed,
  • Or not what you ordered

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at:
sales@daniyadates.com

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A short description of the issue

We will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

3. Order Not Received / Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

  1. First, check with neighbors or building management.
  2. Confirm that the shipping address entered at checkout was correct.
  3. If the issue persists, email us and we will help you contact the carrier or initiate a claim.
  4. Lost packages will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, as long as they have not yet been packed or shipped.
After shipment, cancellations are no longer possible.

5. Refund Processing Time

  • If a refund is approved:
  • It will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear on your account

6. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by carriers (weather, holidays, etc.)
  • Products damaged after delivery
